CEO
David Coffey
David's education consists of studies in Building Arts and Construction Management at St Petersburg College and University of South Florida. He is a highly motivated professional with 22 years of construction and management experience including residential, commercial, and multifamily. David is also involved in land development as well as real estate investment. David is a member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association and Florida Builders Association, as well as the National Builders Association. Based on a team effort concept, David works closely with design professionals including top architects, craftsmen and suppliers to build homes that will provide the client with personal enjoyment and excellent investment value for years to come.

Tim D. Coffey
Tim has been in management for over 42 years along with 28 years of Director/VP of Operations experience. He's served on the board of directors for American Traffic Safety Services Foundation (ATSSF). Tim is also a former member of FTA, OTA and GMTA for Florida, Ohio & Georgia.

Paulo DaSilva
Paulo DaSilva grew up spending weekends going to open houses and construction sites with both parents actively investing in real estate in the Greater Boston area. With a background spanning law enforcement, real estate and construction, Paulo brings a wealth of experience to his role with ASTA Home Builders. His six-year tenure as a police officer coupled with early exposure to the real estate industry has endowed him with a keen sense of problem solving skills and attention to detail. Since 2019, Paulo has been actively involved in a variety of construction projects, including ground-up construction, renovations, apartment stabilization initiatives and land entitlements. Paulo's leadership is characterized by a commitment to operational excellence and strategic vision. Originally hailing from Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, Paulo now resides in Naples with his family.

Anthony
As a Superintendent with Asta Home Builders, Anthony has an extensive background in property management and project coordination. Having received his B.A. in Communication (with an emphasis in Human Relations) from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN, Anthony prides himself on being the ultimate point of contact for investors, homeowners, sub-contractors, and all interested partners — ensuring a seamless chain of communication necessary to every project's success.
Administrative Assistant
Monica Pearsall
Monica earned her Associate of Arts Degree and Written Communications Certification and is currently working towards obtaining her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Policy at St. Petersburg College in St. Petersburg, FL. With 10+ years of customer service experience, she understands the value of high-quality service. Joining Asta Home Builders in early 2024, she looks forward to effectively communicating and fulfilling clients' home building needs.

Louisa Citek
Louisa Citek is a Licensed Florida Residential Contractor and a seasoned industry professional. She joined ASTA Home Builders in early 2024 and brought her extensive background in business management and administration.
Junior Estimator
Natalya Coffey
Natalya is involved in the estimating and takeoffs process. She is a current student at St. Petersburg College majoring in architecture. She plans to transfer to University of South Florida after graduating with an A.A. degree.
